Today for dinner, I'm enjoying Pho - a type of Vietnamese soup, that's made up from beef stock and spices to which noodles and thinly sliced beef or chicken are added. My neighborhood Vietemeasei restaurant in Goleta, Santa Barbara never seems to disappoint!
